Scrabling Things

So this morning we had some time and honestly I was trying to get Zach to want pancakes for breakfast so I told him we'd make buttermilk pancakes from our molds that we got a few years ago. I carefully read the instructions making the batter. greased the molds and then put the batter in. next came the chore of lifting the molds up so that you can turn the pancakes over. Then I realized that I had put the molds on upside down! So we had scrambled snowflakes, gingerbread men and reindeer! The other ones turned out okay after that. Sam sure liked the scrambled ones though.. Yum yum!

Just a little side note.... Since beginning this post I have been spit up on three times.. and Sam ate an hour ago! Oh well that's life in the trenches for you!
